Bright & Cozy Holiday Apartment in Tarifa - Spacious Terrace & Pool Access
Located in a well-maintained complex just a short walk from Tarifa''s center, this comfortable holiday apartment offers a peaceful retreat while being close to all amenities. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a dining area and TV, and two bedrooms. It accommodates up to five guests, with one bedroom containing a bunk bed and a single bed, while the other has a double bed. A spacious private terrace provides the perfect spot to relax, with a small sea view in the distance. The bedrooms offer lovely views of the swimming pool and garden area.
There is free WiFi, a lift for easy access, and underground parking in space number 42. The swimming pool is open during the summer months (Subject to laws/conditions beyond our control). The apartment is in a quiet area, ideal for those looking to unwind after a day exploring Tarifa''s beaches, historic old town, and lively atmosphere.
The listed price is for up to four guests, with an additional charge of €15 per night for a fifth guest.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.
Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.
Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
Our host was very accommodating. She came to meet us at the flat & gave us a tour of the facilities that were all super clean & just what we needed. The huge balcony was a bonus. A great place to wee the sunset. We were also grateful for a washing machine & WiFi.

Perfect place for a stay in Tarifa. Easy to enjoy the bars, cafes and restaurants with a short walk through the old town, just a 5-10 minutes foot walk. Super easy for Kitesurfers/beachlovers, as the apt is very close to the main street, so you can reach all the beaches either by walking through the town or by just taking the car and be there in 5 minutes. The apt has an underground parking, so your car is safe, which is a big plus. we really enjoyed the huge terrace, where you can enjoy the morning coffee and just chill a bit, before a trip down the town for breakfast. great Service by the host, very open and helpful with check in, lots of stuff provided (towels, bath stuff, bedding), so nothing more you can ask for!
