All amenities are new and of the highest quality.
Entrance up a narrow flight of old stone stairs and directly into a salon with fireplace and 3 bedrooms to the left - access to the 3rd (single) bedroom is through the second. (2 marine style bunk beds with a double bed below).
The single bedroom can also connect to the master bedroom which has a large double bed and ample closet space.
The soundproofed bay window has a view to the narrow street below.
A library corridor from the salon connects to the dining room which in turn is connected to the well equipped kitchen and pantry.
Upstairs to shared community solarium with sun beds
Due to the old architecture and quirky design of this property we do not recommend young children. We also request that guests consider the neighbour below who also shares the roof terrace.
There are hundreds of great bars and restaurants in the Old Town of Tarifa - all within a 10 mins walk.
The nearest beach - Playa Chica - is just 5 mins walk whilst Los Lances beach stretches for miles with numerous hip chringuitos providing great food and music into the early hours.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation we need an advance payment/deposit to owners bank account. The booking is only confirmed once the reservation fee is received. A provisional booking will only be held for 24hrs while we await a confirmation of your transfer.
Security Deposit: from 200€ to 1000€ depending on the property.
Cancellations: The reservation deposit is non refundable and dates cannot be altered after the initial reservation is confirmed.We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Keyholding: Daily from 9.00 to 20.00hrs. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplemental fee of 10€ per hour after the close of office. Key handover is not available after 24hrs.
Payment: On arrival at the rental property, both the balance and security deposit needs to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over and the client will not be allowed to enter the property until full payment has been received. We do not have credit card facilities.
Services: Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally guests may experience unexpected noise from exterior sources such as construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the property manager nor the owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, uless if agreed prior booking in particular properties. In such case, extra cleaning fee is 20€.
Property Rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed allowed capacity and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Clients should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 9 am. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels to be placed beside the washing machine. Failure to do so will result in money being taken from the security deposit. We reserve the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property Check In/Out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00hrs. Properties should be vacated on the departure date by 11:00hrs. Failure to do so will result in money being taken out of security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
