Rental Conditions
Arrival: Please advise us with a text message or a call when you start driving from the airport (or when you are approximately 2 hours from
Tarifa) and again when you are 20 min away. We will meet you at the property address provided on booking confirmation by Airbnb.
On arrival all the guests above 16 years of age must provide ID card or Passport to register them with the police (by law of Junta de
Andalucia).
Key handover: Daily from 09:00 to 20:00. The return or collection of keys outside of opening hours incurs a supplement of 10€ per hour
after during after hour. Key handover is not available after 24 hours unless it is agreed in advance and approved by us.
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for
cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. We strongly advise that
you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss that you
may incur due to your cancellation (as per Airbnb strict cancelation policy).
Services: Neither the Property Manager nor the Owner can be held accountable for the failure of any external services. No compensation
will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
Noise: Occasionally Guests may experience unexpected noise from construction sites, traffic etc. Neither the Property Manager nor the
Owner can be held accountable for unexpected noise.
Animals: Not allowed in rental properties, unless agreed in certain properties prior to booking. In such case, extra cleaning fee of 20€ is
charged upon arrival in cash!
Property rules: No parties or events allowed. The maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed
allowed capacity and only the Guests listed on the booking form can occupy the property. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Guests should adhere to the community rules of each particular property. Please keep any noise levels to a minimum, especially between
23:00and 09:00. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the booking without prior notice and without the refund of booking price
or security deposit in case of a breach of this condition.
Departure: All rubbish needs to be taken out of the property and all linen and towels need to be placed beside the washing machine.
Failure to do so will result in reduction of the security deposit. We reserve the right charge an additional cleaning fee to cover additional
cleaning costs if the Guest leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
Property check in/out: Properties will be ready to enter on the arrival date from 16:00. Properties should be vacated on the departure
date by 11:00. Failure to do so will result in reduction of the security deposit. Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the
end of your stay the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
